What is KotoApp?
KotoApp is a modern property management platform that helps property owners and housing companies digitize documents, track maintenance, and manage tasks — all in one place.
How do I add a property?
After logging in, go to Properties and click 'Add Property'. Fill in the basic details like address, type, and size. You can add more details and documents later.
Can I manage a housing company?
Yes! KotoApp supports housing companies (taloyhtiö) with role-based access. You can manage shared documents, tasks, and maintenance history for the whole building.
How do I share access with others?
Go to your property details and use the 'Access' section to invite other users. You can assign roles like Owner, Manager, or Tenant with different permission levels.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is automatically backed up and stored in secure EU-based servers. Your documents and property history are safe and always accessible.
What languages does KotoApp support?
KotoApp is available in Finnish, English, Swedish, and German. You can change the language from the navigation bar at any time.
